Daisy is a fully fleshed-out, authentic, realistically imperfect middle-age woman trying her best to handle the chaotic world of online dating. The first-person narration reveals her inner monologue, letting readers to learn what\u2019s going on in her head as she comes across weird people and deals with strange dates. There is a heap of hilarious dating misadventures, with scammers, liars, weirdos, ghosters, sex-only-dudes making their appearance in Daisy\u2019s life. The novel\u2019s tone is light, but that doesn\u2019t stop Sitch from delving into some serious subjects, such as grief, pain, loss, second chances, middle-age dating, love and lust, friendship, and self-fulfillment. A rushed conclusion is the only piece that feels out of place. This clever, engrossing rom-com is both witty and empowering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
