The novel\u2019s action comes in exhilarating bursts, from Glix\u2019s harrowing journey across unfamiliar terrains to new revelations coming to surface, unraveling the backstory behind Hallah\u2019s gradual destruction. Despite the story\u2019s freighting milieus, they\u2019re neither graphic nor excessively violent. The climax will raise readers\u2019 fervor for the next installment.
