Smart, compelling, and thoroughly entertaining… A fun space romp.
Fraser’s gripping and utterly fun intergalactic adventure takes readers on an exhilarating journey for a significant parable about environmental concerns, humanity’s survival, and self-discovery. As a Granitarians from Andromeda Galaxy, Abeamoris is more than ready to embark on his coming-of-age trip to the rather primitive Earth. When he meets Trent, he strikes an easy friendship with the young earthling. But the pair becomes embroiled in a Russian conspiracy with frightening implications. Trent and Abeamoris’s stories intertwine in nicely tangled ways, and it’s through their interweaving stories that Fraser asks interesting questions about identity, self-discovery, life-purpose, and friendship. In chronicling Granity’s struggle to survive at all costs, Fraser tackles climate issues and social politics which have obvious echoes in our own world. But this isn’t a dry philosophical exercise: it’s fast-paced, exhilarating, and full of laugh-out-loud humor. Fraser is an author to watch.
